• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your Account or content;

• Any other matter relating to the Service.

11.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall jlli77's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your Account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
